JCavesBeauty Fail-Proof Hand Care Routine

For Soft, Radiant , Youthful Looking Hands

Today we are challenging the well-known AGE TELLING sign of the hands.

We all know or have heard that a telltale sign of aging is your hands. The loss of fat volume leads to the veins tendons and bones in our hands appearing much more prominent

through the skin than it did when you were younger. As we get older our bodies begin to lose elasticity this leads to wrinkles and fine lines, and over time dark

patches of skin become visible on our hands as well as fingernails lose their strength and become damaged over time. Adding to the problem, as with natural process of aging,

your skin eventually produces less of its natural oils that keeps your hands hydrated and smooth. So come in household tasks like washing the dishes can leave your hands

without moisture resulting in dry aging hands. This post is all about achieving and maintaining the perfect hand care routine at home. Filled with information as well as some links for amazing DIY's and general hand care tips to ensure you are taking care of your hands.

When it comes to our skin care routine, we all know how important it is to care for our face, Being that, our faces are the first point of contact when interacting with others. Surprisingly, although its one of the first places we notice visible signs of aging, its not the first place to start showing signs of aging.

As they are always exposed to the elements, your hands give your age more than any other body part, but most people solely focus on their face. Even though hands

usually start showing signs of aging in your twenties whereas most people don't even start to recognize the signs of aging until their 30s or 40s. That's roughly 10 to 20 years of aging left untreated on your hands. Still, most people won't start changing their skin care routines until they notice serious signs of aging. And that most often never results in a serious hand care routine. It’s easy to see why a daily hand care routine is left out of equation with so much we have going on in our busy lives. 9/10 women who get their nails done at as nail salon thinks that alone is a suitable hand care treatment. When in fact that is only embellishment for your fingernail and is doing neither your nail or your hands and great deed. While we use to think our "ugly" hands was something we had to live with , That's no longer the case. Many acknowledge the significance of caring for our hands, but sometimes knowing precisely what to do and what to use can be overwhelming – and that’s where I come in.

Fortunately there are more options to keep your hands feeling and looking like new. It's never too late to start! Skincare experts say you should apply sunscreen to the back

of your hands in addition to using good hand creams at least once a day. I'm going to show you how I make a wonderful hand cream with sunscreen already added that will keep

your hands well moisturized and on their way to a more tighter youthful looking appearance.

Down below you will find my easy Age Corrective Hand Care Manicure to insure you achieve the results you are wanting for. The sooner you establish a daily regimen the better!

Let's Get Started!

Age Corrective Hand Care Manicure

Reveal more youthful hands with this signature 15 minute Hand Care Manicure experience. Treat signs of aging on the back of your hands with this powerful age correcting

tried, and true aged hand care solution. This treatment is a facial for your hands and includes a exfoliation, revitalizing, and hydration. In 3 easy steps you can

Achieve Amazing results in as little as 2 weeks with Instant results in skin texture.

Step One (1): Wash your Hands (DO NOT SOAK)

Soaking leaves your hands pale, loose and wrinkly, we want firm, soft, youthful glowing hands!

Essentially any skin firming wash or soap will do, but I use JCavesBeauty Skin Firming Body Wash. It Cleanse, Firms,& Tighten your skin with Jcaves Powerful ingredients of BlackSoap, Eucalyptus, Clove, Peppermint and Aloe Vera. Eucalyptus penetrates deep into the layers of your skin helping to remove excess dirt and free radicals, leaving your skin purified and refreshed, while the clove works in reducing skin sagging and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Clove oil improves blood circulation, which

gives skin a youthful and radiant look. In addition to healing the skin and reducing inflammation ,Aloe also has potent skin-firming

and wrinkle-reducing properties. It is so gentle and beneficial for the skin for a more radiant glow.

Step Two (2):Exfoliate your hands twice a week!

Just like any other part of your body, your hands too need to be exfoliated at least once or twice a week to get rid of dead skin cells and dryness. You can use your body

scrub to exfoliate your hands if you choose. I prefer a softer exfoliation for my hands, Like JCaves BlackSoap Exfoliating Hand Scrub. Its made with all Natural Collagen Boosting

properties that leave your hands soft and smooth. Just scrub your hands for a few minutes before washing them.

Step Three(3):Apply Age Correcting Hand Cream Daily

Just like in steps 1 & 2 any age defying or anti-wrinkle cream will do as long as its very moisturizing. Most hand washes and sanitizers we use on a daily contain very

harsh ingredients that make the hands extremely dry. Therefore, it is recommended by experts to use a hand cream each time you wash your hands to nourish them along with

sunscreen to prevent premature ageing. So for this final step I recommend using a hand cream with SPF like JCaves Ageless Hands Moisturizing Hand Cream. A wonderful hand cream made with powerful anti-aging

and skin firming ingredients like Bakuchiol, Clove Oil, Aloe Vera, Horsetail, Grape-Seed Extract, Rosehip Oil, Vetiver Oil, Squalene, and Mango butter. Formulated

with sunscreen SPF40, Ageless Hands will keep your hands well moisturized and on their way to a more tighter youthful looking appearance.

Now this last tip is more like the " Icing on the cake" and merely my opinion that can be taken as pleased. Get Rid of the cuticle cutters. Cuticles are like the root base of the nail. Cutting them off can lead in tougher more jagged outgrowth. Instead, use cuticle oil or hand cream to keep them in check, soft and smooth. I do suggest you push them back occasionally.
