[FS9 FSX P3D X-Plane] Navigraph AIRAC Cycle 1611 Tool

Various problems can appear when reading exported flight plans into theGarmin units. Most of these are a result of the Garmin navigationdatabase which uses data of an older AIRAC cycle (mostly 1611 at thetime of writing). Updated simulator or add-on databases (like the one inLittle Navmap) can use the latest navdata or an old one from FSX orP3D stock data.
